Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent systems that power our permitting automation platform. The AI Engineer will develop NLP, computer vision, and machine learning models to interpret building codes, analyze permit documents, and automate decision-making processes. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving to transform complex regulations into scalable, AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• • AI/ML Model Development
• o Build and deploy NLP models to interpret building codes, zoning rules, and permit requirements.
• o Develop computer vision pipelines for reading and analyzing architectural drawings, PDFs, and scanned documents.
• o Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for question answering, compliance checks, and rule-based decisioning.
• • Engineering & Integration
• o Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• o Ensure scalability, performance, and security of deployed AI solutions.
• o Implement continuous training, testing, and monitoring pipelines (MLOps).
• • Research & Innovation
• o Stay current on advances in AI, generative models, and regulatory tech applications.
• o Experiment with cutting-edge methods (RAG, embeddings, multimodal AI) to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• o Translate regulatory complexity into elegant AI workflows.

Qualifications

• • 12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering (startup/GovTech experience is a plus).
• • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks.
• • Strong knowledge of NLP (transformers, embeddings, RAG), OCR, and computer vision.
• • Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment.
• • Familiarity with MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model monitoring).
• • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• • Bonus: Experience working with permitting, regulatory, or compliance datasets.

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO Executive with 3+ years of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of AI-powered SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Local SEO, Content Creation, and Off-Page SEO & Link Building, with the ability to leverage AI tools and insights to improve search visibility, rankings, and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• • Perform in-depth technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
• • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure SEO is integrated into product releases.
• • Create and optimize SEO-focused content including blogs, landing pages, and product documentation.
• • Use AI tools for content ideation, optimization, and performance analysis.
• • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local listings, ensure NAP consistency, and improve local search visibility.
• • Improve the search ranking of company domains on search engines and increase visibility on Generative AI Search Platforms like ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
• • Leverage AI tools to automate SEO tasks, identify opportunities, and forecast performance.
• • Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders in an agile setup.

Qualifications

• • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• • Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is a plus.
• • Experience using AI tools for SEO (or relevant AI certification).
• • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a product-based environment.
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• • Familiarity with the latest SEO tools.
• • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.
• • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
