Planner

Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, significant experience in U.S. urban planning practices, and proficiency in form-based code reviews and transect zones. This role is critical in supporting the technical product engineering team in developing and enhancing our cutting-edge planning AI tools.



Key Responsibilities:


  • 1. Conduct comprehensive reviews of form-based codes and transect zones for integration into AI-driven planning tools.
  • 2. Collaborate with the technical product engineering team to interpret and integrate U.S. urban planning codes and standards.
  • 3. Provide expert guidance on U.S. planning processes and site plan reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • 4. Utilize GIS for spatial analysis and contribute to mapping-related tasks.
  • 5. Leverage base-level CAD skills to review and interpret site plans effectively.
  • 6. Ensure planning deliverables meet the high standards expected for U.S.-based projects.
  • 7. Assist with client communication and coordination for planning-related queries and tasks.



Required Qualifications:


  • 1. Education: Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a related field (preferred if US Based).
  • 2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in U.S. urban planning, including direct experience with form-based code reviews and transect zones.
  • 3. Technical Skills:
       o Proficiency in CAD (basic level required).
       o GIS skills are preferred but not mandatory.
  • 4. Certification: AICP certification (current and in good standing).
  • 5. Strong understanding of U.S. planning principles, practices, and regulatory frameworks.
  • 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Subject Matter Expert

Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Revit Building Information Modeling (BIM) Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction documentation with a focus on utilizing Revit software to its fullest potential. As a Revit BIM Expert, you will play a key role in providing domain knowledge on IBC, other building codes & Revit Model to a team of software developers.



Skills & Responsibilities:


  • 1. Previously worked on US construction projects from concept stage to completion.
  • 2. Have a strong understanding of BIM concepts like LOD, LOI, BEP, etc.
  • 3. Must have knowledge of various building codes like IBC, FBC, etc. 
  • 4. Software Programming or Plug-in development experience will be an advantage but not mandatory.
  • 5. Provide training and technical support to project teams on Revit BIM workflows, best practices, and software updates.



Qualifications:


  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2. Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience with Revit & other BIM software.
  • 3. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, including advanced knowledge of modeling, detailing, and family creation.
  • 4. Strong understanding of BIM concepts, standards, and methodologies (e.g., LOD, COBie, IFC).
  • 5. Experience with BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).
  • 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • 7. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • 8. Experience in leading BIM implementation efforts and developing training materials preferred.
  • 9. Professional certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus. Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification process is desirable.
